Your payment card data is only taken by the banking system and it is never received or stored by Parker Franklin. We will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide excellent service to you in respect of the product you purchase.

We recognise that some of the information that we may have collected from you will change from time to time. Parker Franklin Ltd. does not use any facial recognition software within its systems.
