The All new Family Packs

 As we are now doing schools without siblings photos. we are introducing new packs that suite family's better.

From other company's most packs available out there are mainly set as a 1,2,4 format, this means that parents are expected to pay double than they are used too.

We offer our SMART packs which allow parents to mix and match.

The new packs are specifically designed for parents with Two, Three or Four children.

We are working hard with our clients to maintain their business.

On behalf of T School, thank you, once again, for everything on our photography mornings, it was great that you managed to photograph all the students in the time available and as usual, everything ran so smoothly. 

 

We are always impressed with your organisation and efficiency and particularly this year, with the current pandemic restraints, maintaining social distancing rules, making sure that all photographs are taken at least 2 metres away from the students and observing our school’s Covid-19 Risk Assessment. 

 

We are in the process of distributing photograph proofs, following the recommended 72 hour quarantine.  Thanks again for getting the best out of the student photos – they look great!

MISSED OUT ON LEAVERS PHOTOS? Has your school missed out on leavers' photos due to Covid-19. OrderMyPhotos has a solution for you that doesn't require a photographer to come into the school! How does it work? It's very easy, with minimal involvement from the school, as we're sure you're all busy already. We ask you to email a unique link to the leavers' parents, this link will take them to our upload page. The page will have a handy guide for parents and will show them how to take a photo in a specific way on a mobile phone or upload one they already have to our site. From there we do all the rest and the result is the impressive image below.

Step 1 - The school We send the school a unique link to email to parents, this takes them to our secure upload page which will have a handy guide for the parents,this guide will show them the best way to take a photo or upload a photo they already have to our page.

Step 2 - The Parents Parents will need to read the guide and upload a photo of their child to our site before the cut-off date, our upload site is fully secure and only OrderMyPhotos can see the photo they have uploaded. It would be really great if all leavers could upload a photo, even if they don't want to purchase the leavers' photo for themselves. It's a great reminder of all children in their final year. We also encourage any teachers/teaching assistants for the leavers to follow the steps and upload a selfie as well. This can all be done on a mobile phone.

Step 3 - Us After the cut-off date, we'll then collect all the images for your school and create an image similar to the one below. Parents can order this direct from us, we'll pack it and post it back direct to the parent. Alternatively the school can purchase a print for each child at a discounted rate if you wish. We do not profit from this - we are simply doing this to ensure that your pupils have a memory of their final year in school! However if you'd like to sign one of our photographers up for your school photography next year, we will happily produce these groups for you for FREE.
